Return Process

Email our customer service department within 14 days of receipt, providing your order number and details regarding the issue with your wine or food product.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach clear photographs of the damaged shipping carton or the specific fault with the product to help us expedite your claim with our quality control team.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Once your return is authorized, please repack the items securely in their original packaging to prevent any further damage during the transit back to our cellar door.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement bottle at no additional cost.
